I love my breakfasts… It’s the most important meal of the day, and a meal I can’t say no to, simply because I always wake up with some good appetite π.. And here’s how I enjoyed my breakfast on this day
Whats on our table?
Fruits (bananas, oranges, mangoes)
homemade banana muffins
Omelette
Toasted bread
Tea
For my omelette I prepare them with of course eggs, crushed garlic, finely chopped red onion, green pepper and tomatoes if you like some heat on your food you could add some chopped hot pepper , whisk all the ingredients and prepare on a pan.
Omelette, toast, banana muffins, oranges , mangoes, bananas and tea
Freshly baked banana muffins
Will be sharing my banana muffins recipe soon.
Cheers,
Chela

My name is Emily Jelagat (Chela), Kenyan. Thanks for taking time to check out my blog.
I have always loved cooking, started preparing family meals when I was 13 years old. I learnt a lot of recipes from my Mom. My recipes are inspired from Kenyan cuisine, my travels and friends from different cultures.
After years of cooking for family and friends, many persuaded me to share my recipes, I decided to share my recipes on Instagram (@chelas_homecooking) and here I am now, blogging!!!π. I love good food and I believe home cooking should NEVER be boring.
The kitchen is one of my happy places. Welcome to my world of home cooking. Hope you all try my simple, healthy, yummy recipes.
Cheers!!!
-Chela.
