This is always one of my favourite go to lunch recipes simply because in 20 minutes you have a delicious meal ,everything is baked for 15 minutes 😊😊 it’s also healthy- this is a healthy alternative to deep fried potatoes. Here’s my recipe ;
Potatoes – cut in cubes/wedges
Garlic and ginger paste
Cabbage- cut into big chunks
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
Line a baking tray with allunimun foil/ parchment paper.
Pat dry the potatoes as you transfer to the prepared baking tray .
Sprinkle cooking oil,salt,pepper, garlic and ginger paste on the potatoes .
Mix well to make sure everything gets a good coating of the oil and spices.
Bake 200°C 10-15 mins.
Serve and enjoy 😊
Note. When baking ,keep checking on the Veges. If the Veges cook faster than potatoes you can remove them and return the potatoes to the oven.
